Because we deliver pran-pratishthit (consecrated) religious items and ritual services, our refund policy is specific.
Damaged / wrong item (full refund)
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items — share an unboxing video via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Full refund or replacement will be issued.
Pran-pratishthit items (non-refundable)
Once an item has been pran-pratishthit (consecrated) and shipped, it cannot be returned. These are religiously personal items.
Ritual services
- Ritual bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before the muhurat date — full refund.
- Cancellation 3–7 days before muhurat date: 50% refund (materials cost deducted).
- Cancellation within 3 days of muhurat date: no refund (materials already procured).
- Rituals can be rescheduled to a later date (one-time, free of charge).
Cancellation before shipping
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund by contacting us on WhatsApp.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, we refund directly to your bank account (account details required).
