SHRI KUTCH GURJAR KSHATRIYA MAHASABHA
At that time 11 (eleven) villages named
Anjar, Meghpar, Galpadar, Vidi, Nagalpar, Sinogara, Khambhara, CHANDIA,
Lovaria, Kumbharia, and Devalia were the main centres where our ancestors
settled. All 11 villages are nereby and around Anjar. The area is plain and
in general called Ugamna Pat. Regarding Dungara Pat (area of small
mountains) there are 7(seven) villages named Nagher, Kukma, Reha, Hajapar,
Jambudi and Ratnal and Madhapar where our ancestors of different channels
settled. The name of village Madhapar was given on the nmae of one Mr. Madha
Kanji Solanki (3rd generation of Mr. Hemraj Hardas) who had shifted fron
Dhaneti village to Madhapar in the year 1473-74.
Therefore all our samaj member's mother
places are above 18 villages in the district of Kutch and the most respected
deities of different title holders such as Sri Chamunda Devi, Peethal
Mata,Sri Brahmani Devi etc. are situated in these villages who are supposed
to be alive with power and each and every member of samaj is expected to
visit and have darshan, bow and take prasad at these reverred places every
time partcularly after marriage. Out of the 18 villages named above we
almost do not have our members at the four villages named
Meghpar,Jambudi,Ratnal and Vidi. Instead our samaj members have started
settling in Adipur,Gandhidham,Kandala due to industrialisation and much much
better prospects.
