can have some quality time with friends or your spouse.
- Get rid of clutter in your
home.
- Enjoy the
"downtimes", for example while waiting in a doctor's office or
stuck in traffic.
- Join a support group, if you
can't find one, start your own.
- Find ways to bring
spirituality and motivation back into your life.
- Don't bottle up your
emotions.
- Don't be afraid to show your
emotions, laugh, cry, and love freely.
