How to Prepare for School
Starting
a new school year can be stressful, advanced preparation can ease the
transition.

Here's How:
- Provide a current list of
medical needs.
- Provide a current list of
medications, along with the medications in their original bottles.
- Visit the classroom and meet
the teacher ahead of time.
- Arrange to have any medical
equipment delivered to the school in advance.
- If your child requires an
associate, meet with the associate in advance.
- Contact the school in regard
to your child's bus or transportation needs.
- Provide the school with
information in regard to feeding issues.
- Provide the school with a
list of your child's likes and dislikes.
- Provide the school with any
information that is relevant to providing your child comfort.
- Provide the teacher with a
list of summer events that are pertinent.

accommodations are in place to meet the needs of your child.
