ADMISSION

Admissions are made on the basis of a written test and interview, mainly in classes II and VI, and to a limited extent in other classes up to IX. Besides, only for girl candidates, a few seats are available for admission to class IX ( Science /Arts / Commerce). Since parents involvement in this vision of education is absolutely essential, it is required that both parents accompany their child so that our mutual concerns are shared.

To enable them to express their true interests and capacities, a friendly atmosphere is created during the tests and interview. The application form, along with the prospectus, can be obtained from the school in December and January, for classes II to IX and in April and May , for class XI, on payment of Rs.250/- in cash or by Bank Draft / M. O. in favor of " K.F.I. RAJGHAT BESANT SCHOOL" drawn on any bank in Varanasi.

The application form, duly completed, should be submitted to the school office, before the last date indicated on the form. Candidates who are selected for the admission test and interview will receive a call letter, after which they should deposit a testing fee of Rs. 750/- (in cash or by Bank Draft) before taking the test.

Students who are found eligible for admission will be provisionally admitted, till the school office receives their Transfer Certificate of Physical Fitness. In case of any discrepancy, the school has the right to cancel the admission. The final decision regarding admission rests with the school.
